  Am going to start using one stop my 14 year old daughter has just been in to buy a few bits like she does for me each day i do a big shop myself once a week and my daughter goes in for the odd few things most days a member of staff a man with a beard has just been questioning my daughter implying she is left to fend for herself as she goes in the shop on her own ( she is 14 ) she said my mums in the car waiting he kept saying you sure she is and your not on your own this is not the first time I’ve had problems a member of staff before when I was in there was rude also the man with the tattoos rude every time I go in he practically threw my change at me the other day I will not be going to this co op again it has got to have the rudest staff in there I have ever met

  The Stur Co-op offers a great selection at reasonable prices. For us rural folk, it is a life-saver! The staff are friendly and this shop does a lot for the community.

  ALWAYS get a receipt and check how much you have been charged. Once again I have been over charged here and this time as it was only one item I didn't they would get it wrong! If I had forgotten to pay for an item, I'm sure that they would call the police. However, an extra item or a an item on special offer not reduced, or on this occasion an extra £20 on my bill I'm going to stop using this shop and would like to warn everyone to check their bills if you choose to shop here! OOps! On this occasion I was in the wrong!! So sorry, when I am wrong I'll admit it. - I forgot I took £20 cash back. However, I would still advise everyone to always check their receipts as I have regularly been overcharged at this store. Thank you Kelly, for being so professional in the absence of the Manager this morning and making me realise why there was and additional £20. on this bill.
